Carrauntoohil iron-on patch to celebrate climbing the highest mountain in Ireland, known in Irish as Corrán Tuathail (“Tuathal’s Sickle”). At 1,039 metres, it dominates the MacGillycuddy’s Reeks range in County Kerry.
A rugged and dramatic peak, Carrauntoohil can be climbed by several routes — from the well-known Devil’s Ladder to the more challenging ridge scrambles — making it a true test for hikers.
Crafted by passionate walkers for hikers who have built memories along the trail, this piece is a timeless tribute to the tales you earned.
This easy to apply iron-on patch is made from yarn made from old plastic water bottles, so is from 100% post-consumer waste. A sturdy patch that you can apply to your walking clothing, kit or onto blankets or material to display your achievements.
