Situated in the Scafell massif, which is an inactive volcano, in the Lake District, this imposing fell is part of the Three Peaks Challenge and is as beautiful as it is challenging. It is surrounded by some iconic and impeccable countryside, including the delightful climbing inn at Wasdale Head, where a well earned pint and warm fire greets you after successfully climbing Scafell Pike.
