Tell me more... 🥾

The Dales High Way is a 90 mile walk from Saltaire, on the edge of Bradford, to Appleby-in-Westmorland in Cumbria, sticking to the high ground right across the Yorkshire Dales. Dreamt up by Tony and Chris Grogan in 2007 as a higher alternative to the Dales Way, it takes in Ilkley Moor, Malham Cove, Ingleborough, Whernside and the Howgill Fells along the way. It also runs alongside the Settle to Carlisle railway, so it's easy to walk in sections and hop on the train home. The patch shows the flat top of Ingleborough, the route's highest point, rising above the old mill at Saltaire where it all begins.

Crafted by passionate walkers for hikers who have built memories along the trail, this piece is a timeless tribute to the tales you earned.

This easy to apply iron-on patch is made from yarn made from old plastic water bottles, so is from 100% post-consumer waste. A sturdy patch that you can apply to your walking clothing, kit or onto blankets or material to display your achievements.

We have many more designs and products celebrating beautiful and epic trails, including National Trails and National Parks.
